扁穗冰草对狼毒生化他感作用耐抗性的初步研究

摘　　要：采用室内生物测定方法研究了狼毒根粉碎物在土壤里腐解过程中对扁穗冰草幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,扁穗冰草幼苗的株高、干重、叶绿素相对含量、叶面积及细胞膜透性在狼毒各用量处理下均表现出一定的促进作用(个别处理表现为不明显的抑制作用),狼毒根用量在3克/盆时,对扁穗冰草的株高、干重促进作用效果最大,狼毒根用量在2克/盆时对扁穗冰草叶绿素含量和叶面积的促进作用效果最大,且与对照相比均达到显著水平(p<0.05)。由此说明,扁穗冰草对狼毒的生化他感作用具有很强的耐抗性,对狼毒侵占的草地进行植被恢复,可将其作为选择草种。The allelopathic effect of root smashing of Stellera chamaejasme in the process of spoiled solution in the soil on the seedling growth of Agropyron cristatum was investigated in the bioassay method.Results indicated that the allelopathic effect of Stellera chamaejasme was promoted on the seedling high,dry weight,chlorophyll and leaf area of Agropyron cristatum.And few treatments showed inhibition,but it was not obvious.When the weight of Stellera chamaejasme was 3g per pot,the allelopathic promoted effect of Stellera chamaejasme was maximum on the seedling high,dry weight.When the weight of Stellera chamaejasme was 2g per pot,the allelopathic promoted effect of Stellera chamaejasme was maximum on the chlorophyll and leaf area.The difference attained remarkable level.That showed that Agropyron cristatum had strong resistibility against the allelopathy of Stellera chamaejasme.So it could be used to restore the grassland invaded by Stellera chamaejasme.
