电针结合股四头肌康复训练治疗髌骨软化症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针结合股四头肌康复训练治疗髌骨软化症(CP)的临床疗效。方法将98例CP患者随机分为2组,治疗组49例给予以电针治疗结合康复训练,对照组49例仅给予电针治疗。2组均治疗20次后比较2组的临床疗效、疼痛积分改善情况和股四头肌角(Q角)大小。结果治疗组总有效率为91.5%高于对照组的88.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗5次后、10次后、15次后、20次后疼痛积分与治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组疼痛积分降低更显著(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,2组Q角均减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组Q角减小更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针结合股四头肌康复训练治疗CP较单纯电针治疗疗效更佳,缓解疼痛持续作用时间更长。Objective To observe the effect of acusector combined with rehabilitation training of musculi quadriceps femoris in chondromalacia patellae（CP）.Methods 98 cases patients with CP were randomly divided into the treatment group（49 cases,were given acusector combined with rehabilitation training of musculi quadriceps femoris）and the control group（49 cases,only were given acusector）.Treated 20 time after,compared the clinical efficacy,improvement of pain scores and quadriceps angle（Q angle）size of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（91.5%）was higher than that of the control group（88.9%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared with before treatment,treated 5 times,10 times,15 times,20 times after,pain scores of 2 groups were lower（P0.05）.Treatment 5 times,10 times,15 times,20 times after,pain scores of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group the difference were statistially significant（P0.01）.Compared with before treatment,Q angle were reduced significantly（P0.05）;And Q angle of the treatment group decreases more significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Acusector combined with rehabilitation training of musculi quadriceps femoris in CP compared with Pure electric acupuncture,have a better effect,alleviate pain continuing role time is longer.
