摘 要:对一种"训练负荷—体能状态"数学模型进行simulink仿真及参数估计,考察模型对测试数据的拟合能力及预测能力。模型基于Banister的运动适应模型进行改进而建立,增加了适应量的有限增长参量。应用MATLAB simulink仿真和优化工具箱进行数学模型的模拟及参数估计和预测。参数估计结果显示:模型对数据的拟合度为0.882±0.068。模型对模拟输入信号的响应曲线符合理论假设,对5d体能状态变化的预测值与实测值距离相关的相似度为0.914±0.079。新模型可以适用于体能状态的短期预测。The present study aims to estimate the simulink and parameters of the "training load-physical performance" model and investigate the model' s fitting capacity and prediction capability over the tested data. The present model was derived from Banister' s Movement Adaptation Model by adding the adaptive limited accelerating parameter. The MATLAB simulink and optimization toolbox were used to simulate the mathematic model, estimate and predict the parameters. The fitting of the estimated results of the model with the data is 0. 882 ±0. 068. The model' s response curve to the input simulated signal agreed with the theoretical hypothesis. The distance correlation similarity between 5 days' predicted data of the physical status and actual data was 0. 914 ± 0. 079. The new model can be used for the short-term prediction for physical status.
