摘　　要：贵州人口从宏观及微观方面调查都存在严重的问题,其动态发展中的不利因素将加剧贫困现状。解决贵州人口问题的出路在于完善相关的法律政策并实施到位,即保证充足人力、财力、物力的制度化和高效率供给。There are serious problems in both macro and micro aspects of Guizhou＇s population;the negative factors will exacerbate the poverty in the dynamic development of population.The right way must be found to solve the population problem in Guizhou,relevant laws and policies need to be perfect and implemented,while ensuring that all of the manpower,financial and material resources are made full use.
