芳砜纶织物的防水透湿整理

摘　　要：芳砜纶纤维是目前我国急需的高性能纤维,在需要耐高温的场合有良好的应用前景。介绍了用水性聚氨酯对芳砜纶织物进行防水透湿涂层整理,测得经整理后织物的耐静水压值和透湿量分别为4.6 kPa、3 841 g/(m2.d)。还研究了不同工艺条件下涂层织物的静水压值和透湿量。Currently, the Polysulfonamide fiber （PSA） is one of urgently - needed fiber with high performance in our eountry. It has a good application prospect in the high - temperature occasion. Introduced waterproof and moisture permeable coating - finishing with water - borne polyurethane, the hydrostatic pressure and moisture transmission of finished PSA measured reached respectively 4.6kPa and 3 841g/（ m^2·d）. In addition, the water pressure resistance and moisture permeability of coating fabrics under different process conditions was studied.
