摘　　要：介绍了染色棉纤维与本色棉纤维绢丝色纺针织纱的生产工艺,说明了棉纤维染色以及绢丝预处理应注意的问题;染色棉纤维单独成卷制条,本色棉与绢丝采用包混后制条,二者再通过3道并条混合。讨论了棉/绢丝色纺纱在纺纱生产各工序的主要工艺参数、技术措施以及生产色纺品种时要注意的普遍问题。The production process of dyed and grey cotton spun silk colored blended knitted yarn is introduced. A few points for attention are stated in the process of cotton dyeing and spun silk pretreatment. The dyed cotton is made to lap and to slivers then. Grey cotton and spun silk are blended in the blowing to lap, and the mixed slivers are made of mixed lap. The colored slivers and mixed slivers are doubled and drafted three times in the drawing process. Main processing parameters, technical measures and some attentions in spinning colored blended knitted yam are also discussed.
