上海人口发展趋势及对策研究

摘　　要：改革开放以来,伴随经济增长,上海的总人口一直保持快速的增长。另一方面,未来上海的发展也面临人口文化素质偏低、老龄化、少子化、外来人口大量流入等问题的挑战。通过分析上海人口发展变化特征,预测上海未来人口增长态势,进而总结出上海人口发展过程中面临的挑战,最后提出六项具体建议和对策,以更好地促进上海人口与经济相互间的长期、稳定、协调和可持续发展。As the fast economic growth,the population of Shanghai has been remaining a fast growth since the end of 1970s.At the same time,the future development of Shanghai also faces a series of challenges from low cultural character of population, aging society and low fertility,and the fast growth of floating population.Based on the analysis to the growth characteristics of population,the paper forecasts the growth trend of population of Shanghai in future.At last,the paper puts forward six policy suggestions so as to promote a long term,stable, harmonious and sustainable development between population and economy in Shanghai.
