积雪苷霜和糠酸莫米松软膏联用治疗神经性皮炎疗效和安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨积雪苷霜和糠酸莫米松软膏联用治疗神经性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法 95例神经性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组(n=53)和对照组(n=42),治疗组以积雪苷霜联合糠酸莫米松软膏涂搽患处,一日1次,对照组单用糠酸莫米松软膏,一日1次,疗程共3周,比较两组总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为86.79%和88.10%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率分别为1.89%和19.05%,组间差异显著(P<0.01)。结论积雪苷霜和糠酸莫米松软膏联合用于治疗神经性皮炎安全且有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of centella triterpenes cream combining with momestasone furoate ointment for neurodermatitis.Methods Ninety-five cases of neurodermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group（n=53） and control group（n=42）.Patients in treatment group were administered with centella triterpenes cream combining with momestasone furoate ointment once daily,while patients in control group were only administered with momestasone furoate ointment.The course of treatment was 3 weeks.The rates of effectiveness and adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results The rates of effectiveness in treatment group and control group were 86.79% and 88.10%.There was no significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were 1.89% and 19.05%.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Centella triterpenes cream combining with momestasone furoate ointment is effective and safe for patients with neurodermatitis.
