摘　　要：干细胞是一类能够自我复制的未分化细胞,具有向多种细胞类型分化的功能。近年来有关干细胞分化的研究备受关注并取得了显著成果。细胞生长微环境中的生物化学和生物物理学因素的改变对干细胞分化方向有显著影响,本文简要综述微环境改变调控干细胞分化的相关进展。As a kind of undifferentiated cell with the ability of self-renewal,stem cells possess the function of differentiating into many types of cells.Recently,studies on the pluripotency of stem cells have been put on great attention and have achieved remarkable progress.Biochemical and biophysical factors in microenvironment have been proved significant influence on the differentiation of stem cells.This review describes the progress on the modulation of stem cell differentiation in microenvironment.
