摘　　要：非物质文化遗产长久发展的关键是拥有一套有效的传承机制和传承模式。非物质文化遗产的衰败在很大程度上缘于传承机制和传承模式的衰败。怀梆长达几百年的发展所依赖的正是其有效的传承机制和传统的传承模式。"文化大革命"后怀梆迅速走向衰败,其中传承模式的衰变是一个不可忽视的原因。借鉴传统的传承方法,吸收其中有益的成分,恢复和建立非物质文化遗产的有效传承机制和传承模式,对当前的保护来说非常重要。同时,充分利用大学等现代教育资源探索非物质文化遗产传承的新模式也非常必要。An effective mechanism and mode of inheritance is key to the long-term development of intangible cultural heritage.The decline of intangible cultural heritage to a large degree can be attributed to the disintegration of inheritance mechanism and mode.It is found in our study of ＂Huai Bang＂ that its several-hundred-year development depends right on its effective inheritance mechanism and traditional inheritance mode.Among the many reasons of its rapid decline after the ＂Cultural Revoloution＂,the disintegration of inheritance mode can not be neglected.It is rather important for current protection to draw inspiration from traditional inheritance method and absorb the useful elements to restore or build effective inheritance mechanism and mode for intangible cultural heritage.Meanwhile,it is equally necessary to take advantage of modern educational resources to explore new modes for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
