政治稳定视域下“以人为本”在实践层面应然涵义浅探

摘　　要：政治稳定是当今我国社会压倒一切的任务。从维护国家政治稳定的视角来探析"以人为本"在实践层面的应然涵义,应包含以下3个方面的涵义:1.尊重民众个体的主体地位和权益;2.重视顺应一般民众求利的本性;3.认同弱势群体对正义差别原则的期盼。Political stability in our society today is the overriding mission.From the views of safeguarding state political stability,the author thinks the deserved meaning of the ＂people—oriented＂ at the practical level should include the following three aspects.First,it must respect people＇s independent status and their individual right.Secondly,it ought to pay attention to complying with man＇s instinct to seek wealth.Finally,it needs identify with the difference principle on justice,which is expected to be adopted as a government＇s policy by the disadvantaged grounds.
