摘　　要：1875年,清政府决心大治水师,李鸿章负责北洋地区,沈葆桢负责南洋地区,并由户部指定海防专款四百万两。从1875年到1884年,南洋海军每年约经费四、五十万两;中法战争后,南洋海军经费有所上升,但此时军舰增多,实际军费并没有增加。甲午战争后,南洋海军,经费与第二个十年基本持平,日益走向衰落。In 1875,the government of Qing Dynasty decided to develop the modern navy,they ordered Hongzhang Li pried to North China,and Paozhen Shen to South China.At the same time,HU Ministry distributed four million tael per-year.NanYang Fleet＇s fee was about 400,000-500,000 tael per-year.After Sino-French war,NanYang Fleet＇s fee was a little more than before,but at that time the warships of NanYang were more than before,so the fee did not increase in fact.The fee of NanYang Fleet was nearly same as the second decade,moreover,it gradually declined more and more every year.
