摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法,探讨了疏散分层形、平棚形、Y字形共3种树形对鲜黄梨果实糖分积累的动态变化过程影响。结果表明:用高效液相色谱分离法测定鲜黄梨果实中糖的种类和含量,其准确性高、重复性好、回收率高。鲜黄梨糖含量以果糖最高,蔗糖和葡萄糖含量差异不大;3种树形在其糖积累的过程中,以平棚形的各糖组分含量最高,Y字形次之,疏散分层形最低。The impact on 'Sunhwang' pear sugar accumulation was discussed in the three tree systems,used by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method.The results showed that HPLC can be successfully used for the measurement of sugar composition and the contents in 'Sunhwang' pear and the results had high accurancy rate of repeatability and recovery.Fructose was the highest in sugar content,sucrose and glucose did not differ greatly,during fruit maturity.There was a similar trends of changes among fructose,glucose and sucrose content in different tree systems,while level-shaped had the highest levels of these values,following by Y-shaped system,the sparse canopy shaped was the lowest.
