三个观赏芍药品种芍药苷含量的动态变化研究

摘　　要：以‘大富贵’、‘粉玉奴’、‘奇花露霜’3个品种为研究对象,采用HPLC法检测了不同采收时期根内芍药苷的含量。结果表明:试验中的3个品种虽多为观赏用,但其根中芍药苷含量均高于中国药典(2005版)规定,其中‘粉玉奴’根中芍药苷含量高于同时期的其它2种。在对采收期的确定中,9月中旬采收的芍药根内芍药苷含量、折干率相对较高。说明观赏芍药兼做药用具有一定的可行性,且9月中旬为芍药的最佳采收期。By HPLC method,the dynamic change of paeoniflorin content in roots of Paeonia lactiflora ＇Da Fugui＇,P.lactiflora ＇Fen Yunu＇,P.lactiflora ＇Qihua Lushuang＇were detected.The results showed that from July to October,the content of paeoniflorin was＇ low-high-low＇.But it was still higher than the standard content which was stipulated by Pharmacopoeia of China（2005）.According to this research,first,it was possible for the ornamental cultivars of Paeonia lactiflora used for medical;second,the best harvesting time of Paeonia lactiflora was the middle of September,because both paeoniflorin content and the drying rate were at high level.
