摘　　要：近年来,量子点由于具有优良的光谱特征和光化学稳定性,其研究引起了国内外各学科研究者的广泛关注,研究的领域涉及物理、化学、生命科学等多学科,已经发展成为一门新兴的交叉学科。量子点作为荧光探针在金属离子、生命科学等领域的应用取得巨大进步的同时,相对而言,对非金属离子的定性、定量研究的报道还较少。本文综述了量子点荧光探针应用于NH4+、CN-、H+、OH-等非金属离子测定方面国内外的研究进展情况,以及发生荧光猝灭或增敏的可能机理。In recent years,due to the quantum dots with excellent spectral characteristics and photochemical stability,the study broadly attracted domestic and foreign researchers of various subjects,widespread concerned in the field of study involving physics,chemistry,life sciences and other disciplines of multidisciplinary,and has developed into a new interdisciplinary.Fluorescent probes of quantum dots in the application of metal ions,life sciences and other fields have made tremendous progress while the qualitative and quantitative researches of nonmetal ions are less relatively.Here we discuss quantum dots as fluorescent probes to apply in nonmetal ions determination of NH＋4,CN-,H＋,OH-etc.widespread research development situation,as well as the possible mechanism of fluorescence to quench of to increase of phenomenon.
