摘 要:针对湖南岳阳某建筑陶瓷厂高含量云母陶瓷坯料难细磨的问题,探索三乙醇胺和三异丙醇胺两种助磨剂对该坯料的助磨作用。研究结果表明:对高含量云母建筑陶瓷坯料,加三乙醇胺(TEA)和三异丙醇胺(TIPA)对该难磨坯料均有良好的助磨作用,三异丙醇胺比三乙醇胺的助磨作用更大,且球磨时间延长,助磨作用都增强。两种助磨剂都有最佳加入量,球磨时间由25min提高为50min,三乙醇胺的最佳加入量由0.5%增加为0.6%,三异丙醇胺的最佳加入量由0.2%增加为0.3%。助磨剂在发挥助磨功效的同时改善了泥浆的流动性,干坯强度提高了31.2%,瓷体结构更加致密,瓷坯强度提高了14.7%。The ceramic body from a building ceramics factory in Yueyang,Hunan Province with high content of mica was hard to fine grinding,so effects of triethanolamine and tri-isopropanolamine milling addtives on ball milling efficiency of ceramic body were discussed.Experimental result indicated that both milling additives could effectively improve ball milling efficiency,especially tri-isopropanolamine with the prolonged milling time.The optimum adding quantity for triethanolamine and tri-isopropanolamine were increased from 0.5% to 0.6% and 0.2% to 0.3% respectively when milling time was increased from 25min to 50min.Milling addtive could well promote milling efficiency,improve fluidity,increased 31.2% dry-body strength and 14.7% sintreed-body strength.
