摘 要:以凹凸棒土和活性炭为原料制备脱硫剂复合载体,对载体进行了制备工艺条件的优化和SEM、TG-DSC表征,并在工业锅炉烟道气排气温度200℃下考察了CuO/复合载体脱硫剂的烟气脱硫性能。实验结果表明,复合载体最佳制备条件为:每10g凹凸棒土中,加入活性炭3g,乙酸3g,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间1h。最佳工艺条件下制备出的复合载体比表面积为442m2/g。200℃下CuO/复合载体脱硫剂的活性高于活性炭、复合载体和CuO/γ-Al2O3脱硫剂的脱硫活性。Attapulgite and active carbon were used as raw materials to prepare the complex carrier of desulfurizer.The preparation conditions were optimized.It was characterized by TG-DSC and SEM.The desulfurization performance of CuO/complex carrier was also examined at exhaust temperature of industrial boiler by 200℃.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions for the complex carrier were as follows:3 g active carbon and 3 g acetic acid were added into 10 g attapulgite,calcined time was 4 h and calcined temperature was 400℃.The complex carrier produced under the optimum conditions had a specific surface area by 444.20 m2/g.The CuO/complex carrier desulfurizer had a superior desulfurization performance to complex carreier,CuO/γ-Al2O3 and active carbon at 200℃.
