摘  要:汽车刹车片材料的摩擦磨损特性影响着车辆制动的安全性、舒适性与衬片的更换周期。从安全可靠性的角度来看,人们希望制动副在高温下仍能保持较高的摩擦系数(即有足够的制动摩擦力矩)。通过对制动副摩擦磨损特性的分析,得出制动副对刹车片的基本要求,并对陶瓷基刹车片的性能优势和发展趋势作出评价,对我国汽车制动摩擦材料的发展起到了深远的影响。Automobile brake shoes material friction and wear characteristics influenced braking of safety,comfort and the replacement cycle.For the safety and reliability,people hope the braking deputy at high temperatures could still keep high friction coefficient(namely have enough brake friction torque).Based on the brake friction characteristics analysis and comparison,the brake deputy on the basic requirements were obtained.The good performance and development tendency of ceramic matrix pads were evaluted.The development of the automotive brake material plays a farreaching influence to our country.
