利用巢式PCR方法筛选水稻OsIRT1突变体的研究

摘　　要：[目的]筛选得到水稻OsIRT1基因突变体。[方法]采用巢式PCR方法从水稻Tos17插入突变体库中筛选,共筛选近30000个单株。[结果]得到一个OsIRT1突变体单株。[结论]该突变体中的Tos17插入位点位于OsIRT1的内含子中。[Objective] The research aimed to screen OsIRT1 mutant of rice.[Method] Nested PCR was adopted to screen from Tos17 insertion mutant library of rice,in which nearly thirty thousand lines were selected.[Result] One OsIRT1 mutant was confirmed.[Conclusion] Mutation of Tos17 insertion site was located in intron OsIRT1.
