摘 要:[目的]研究氮钾配施对桔梗品质的影响,为桔梗的栽培提供基础数据。[方法]在大田条件下,采用随机区组设计进行试验。[结果]氮钾配施条件下,在施氮肥0~210 kg/hm2和施钾肥0~315 kg/hm2时,随氮肥和钾肥施用量的增加,桔梗中多糖和总皂苷含量增加。当施用氮肥210 kg/hm2、钾肥315 kg/hm2时,桔梗中多糖、总皂苷含量最高,分别为22.08%、8.73%。[结论]一定水平的氮钾合理配施有利于提高桔梗品质,该研究为桔梗的栽培奠定了基础。[Objective] To study the effects of nitrogen application combined with potassium on quality of Platycocon grandiflorus(Jacq.A.DC.,so as to provide basic data for the cultivation of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.[Method] The field experiment was carried out using randomized block design.[Result] When the application dose of nitrogen and potassium ranged from 0 to 210 kg/hm2,and from 0 to 315 kg/hm2,respectively,the content of polysaccharide and total saponin in Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.assumed rise trend with the increase of application amount,and they peak a peak with nitrogen amount of 210 kg/hm2 and potassium amount of 315 kg/hm2,being 22.08% and 8.73%,respectively.[Conclusion] Improving of quality of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.is in relation to a reasonable application amount of nitrogen and potassium combined application,and this study provide basis for the cultivation of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A.DC..
