不同产地火炭母总黄酮含量测定

摘　　要：采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定不同产地火炭母中的总黄酮含量。结果表明,火炭母总黄酮的标准曲线方程为y=13.65x-0.0045,在0.008 64~0.06912 mg/m l浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为2.01%,样品中总黄酮含量为1.60%~3.74%。The contents of total flavonoids in Polygonum chinese L.from different places were determined by UV-vis spectrometry.The results indicated that the standard curve equation of total flavonoids in P.chinese L.was y=13.65x-0.004 5 and its linear correlation was good in the concn.range of 0.008 64-0.069 12 mg/ml（r=0.999 9）;the average recovery was 100.3%,RSD was 2.01% and the determined content of total flavonoids in P.chinese L.sample was 1.60%-3.74%.
