摘 要:[目的]了解小麦品种的抗病性变化,筛选小麦白粉病抗源。[方法]对安徽省不同类型的136个小麦品种进行了苗期的白粉病抗性鉴定分析。[结果]被测的136个品种中,高抗品种40个,占总品种中的29.4%;中抗品种58个,占总品种的42.7%;中感品种24个,占总品种的17.6%;高感品种14个,占总数的10.3%;鉴定品种大多数为高抗和中抗,感病品种为少数;从不同类型品种上来看,淮北半冬性和淮南春性品种抗病性比淮北春性品种更强一些。[结论]此鉴定为小麦品种的抗白粉性快速筛选提供了重要依据。[Objective] The germplasm resource of the wheat with the resistance to powdery mildew was screened through the experiment in the change of its disease-resisting.[Method] The identification of the resistance of 136 different wheat varieties to powdery mildew in seedling stage was conducted.[Results] There were,40 varieties with the high resistance,accounting to 29.4% of 136 tested varieties;58 varieties with the middle resistance(42.7%);24 susceptible varieties(17.6%);and 14 highly susceptible varieties(10.3%).The identification indicated that most of varieties were with highly-moderately resistance to powdery mildew and few susceptible varieties.In ecological type of those varieties,the semi-winter type of variety from Huaibei and spring type of wheat from Huainan were more resistance to the disease than the spring type of variety from Huaibei.[Conclusion] The important basis of the rapid screening of resistant wheat variety was provided through the experiment in the identification of the variety's resistance to powdery mildew.
