摘 要:活性炭比表面积大,炭粒间含有细小的毛细管,具有很强大吸附力,广泛应用于工农业生产、环境处理等方面。以廉价的生物废弃物为原料制备活性炭,不仅解决了生物质处置的难题,而且生物质得到了重新利用,相比于将其直接燃烧、堆肥等处理,具有更高的资源回收价值。活性炭的制备有炭化和活化2个过程,活化分物理活化和化学活化。通过不同活化方法、不同活化剂以及不同加热设备所制成的活性炭性能的比较,进而得出制备活性炭的较优条件。With large surface area and small capillaries among carbon particles,active carbon has a very strong adhesive force and is widely used in industrial and agricultural production,environmental treatment and so on.To make low-cost biological wastes as raw material to produce active carbon,not only solves the problems of disposal of biomass,but also biomass has been re-used.Comparing with combustion,composting directly and other treatments,it has a higher recycling value.The preparation of active carbon is consist of two main steps:carbonization and char activation.Activation includes physical activation and chemical activation.Through comparing different active carbon performances what made by different methods,different activators and different heating properties,so that the optimum conditions for preparation of activated carbon are obtained.
