摘　　要：鄱阳湖是我国最大的淡水湖,湖区在生态环境治理方面积累了丰富的经验,成立了统一的管理和协调机构、制定了较为完善的法规体系,并探索出一套行之有效的治理措施。但在内部管理体系、资金技术保障、法规体系以及公众参与等方面又存在一些问题。对此,有必要从制度、资金技术、人力资源和思想观念等方面提供保障以实现鄱阳湖区生态环境的有效治理。Poyang Lake is the largest freshwater lake in China.There was rich experience in the aspect of ecology environment management,and the unified management and coordinating organizations were established,moreover,a comparatively perfect legal system was formulated,finally,a set of effective management measures were explored.However,there were still many problems in inner manage system,funds technique assurance,law system and public participation and so on.Therefore,it was the necessary to provide a guarantee for the effective governance of ecology environment in Poyang Lake areas from the aspects of system,funds technique,human resources and thought and so on.
