静脉滴注用奥美拉唑的配伍稳定性考察

摘　　要：考察静脉滴注用Ｌｏｓｅｃ（奥美拉唑，Ｏｍ ｅ）的输液配伍稳定性。将４０ ｍ ｇ Ｏｍ ｅ 加入４ 种１００ ｍ ｌ的不同输液中，室温条件下放置６ ｈ，观察外观及ｐＨ 的变化，ＨＰＬＣ法测定输液中Ｏｍ ｅ 含量。除９ ｇ／ＬＮＳ外，输液配伍后４ ｈ 均出现微黄色，其稳定性与输液ｐＨ 有关。To study the stability of Losec(omeprzole, Ome) in 4 infusion solutions 40 mg of Ome was added into 4 different infusion solutions respectively at room temperature. pH and visual appearance of the admixture were inspected in 6 hours. Ome concentrations were determined by HPLC method. The admixture became yellowish except 9 g/L NS injection solution in 4 hours. The stability was related to the pH of different infusion solutions.
