摘 要:[目的]研究氟烷基因对母猪繁殖性能的影响。[方法]采用技术,检测经产母猪的基因型,分析基因对总产仔数和产活仔数的影响。[结果]携带型基因的母猪的总产仔数与携带型基因母猪差异不显著。携带型、型基因母猪产活仔数与携带型基因的母猪差异显著。携带不同基因型基因母猪间总产仔数和产活仔数,表现出的趋势。[结论]基因对母猪繁殖性能有影响。[Objective] To study the effect of hal gene on swine reproductive performance.[Method] The genotypes of the hal gene in sows were detected using PCR-RFLP technology.The effect on born quantity and alive born quantity by hal gene were analyzed.[Result] The total born quantity of sows bringing hal gene in NN genotype were not significantly different with sows bringing hal gene in Nn and nn genotype(P0.05).The alive born quantity of sows bringing hal gene of NN and Nn genotype were significantly different with sows bringing hal gene of nn genotype(P0.05).The total born quantity and alive born quantity of sows with hal gene in different genotypes showed a tend of NNNnnn.[Conclusion] Sow reproductive performance was affected by hal gene.
