摘　　要：以河北省平原农村地区为例,分析了当前农业产业体系的主要构成,指出依照养殖业和种植业之间的内在联系,以及发展清洁生产型循环经济是新农村的必然选择,同时提出新农村民生科技支撑体系构建应该符合农村产业发展的特点,以利于实现农村循环经济生产生活模式。With the rural areas in Hebei plain as an example,the paper analyzes the current major components of the agricultural industrial system,points out that the development of clean circular economy is the inevitable choice of new countryside construction according to the intrinsic relations between the breeding and planting industry,and moreover proposes that the construction of the support system for livelihood science and technology should be in accordance with the features of rural industrial development so as to realize the production and life mode of rural circular economy.
