摘　　要：后金融危机时代即将来临,在中国开始新一轮对外开放中必须加大沿边区域开发开放力度,坚定不移地实行"睦邻、富邻、安邻"的基本国策,以求建立起面向北美、西欧、东亚这三大世界重量级市场的战略依托。为此,有必要透视中国沿边区域开发开放背景,阐述中国与周边国家区域合作态势,分析中国沿边区域开发开放的薄弱环节,并且有针对性地创意出推进对策。唯有中国周边环境形成又好又快的发展态势,才能在面向国际社会的金融危机中不断提升抗风险能力,进而在世界经济中开创出"风景这边独好"的持续繁荣景象。The post-financial-crisis era is coming soon,during which China must greatly promote the development and opening-up of its border regions,and firmly implement the basic national policy of the ＂good,prosperous and safe neighborhood＂ in order to establish a strategic vantage point for entering North America,Western Europe and East Asia,three crucial world markets.Thus,it is necessary to give an incisive analysis of the background of China＇s development and opening-up in such regions and the related cooperation,find out the weaknesses and bring up good suggestions.Only through the establishment of a good neighborhood environment can China successfully deal with the international crises and maintain its prosperity and development.
