摘　　要：党的干部工作是党的建设工作的重要组成部分,也是党的革命、建设和改革事业顺利进行的重要组织保证。作为党在新中国成立后产生的第一届中央委员会——第八届中央委员会在履职的13年时间里,对党的干部工作包括干部培训、接班人培养、干部下放锻炼、干部交流、干部能上能下等制度进行了重要探索,有成功的经验也又失败的教训。其成功的经验为当下党的干部工作提供了重要启示。The cadre-related work of the Party is an important part of the Party construction,and also an important organizational guarantee for the Party＇s smooth revolution,construction and reform.The Eighth Central Committee,the first Central Committee of the Party after the founding of new China,made important exploration of the cadre-related work for thirteen years,including in-service cadre training,new cadre training,grass-roots cadre training,cadre-exchange programs and others.The successes and failures of such exploration could shed new light on the current cadre-related work of the Party.
