摘　　要：我国要实现农业发展,必须有效开发和利用农村人力资源。农业高校肩负着培养、培训农业技术人才的重任。在国家教育投入有限的硬约束下,农业高校应该建立起高效的教育资源运行机制。对于如何改进农业高校的管理机制作了研究。For making progress of agriculture in China,rural human resources must be exploited and utilized effectively.The agricultural colleges and universities should shoulder the responsibility of the cultivation and training of agricultural technicians.Under the tough budget of limited national investment in education,agricultural colleges and universities should establish efficient mechanisms.Finally,the study on how to improve the administrative mechanism of agricultural colleges and universities was studied.
