Effect of Spraying Bamboo Leaves Flavone on the Yield,Quality and Mineral Element Contents of Chinese cabbage

摘  要:采用土培法,研究喷施25~200 mg/L竹叶黄酮对小白菜产量、品质及矿质元素含量的影响。结果表明,竹叶黄酮喷施浓度为50 mg/L时,对小白菜促生长效果最佳,并显著改善其品质,其中产量、株高、最大叶面积和SPAD值分别较未喷施处理增加33.3%、12.3%、41.4%、5.1%;叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、全N、全P、全K含量也分别增加54.8%、22.8%、14.7%、17.9%、21.5%。此外,当喷施浓度为25 mg/L时,小白菜的VC含量和全P、全K含量均较其他浓度处理高,分别比未喷施处理增加31.0%、19.2%、22.8%。竹叶黄酮喷施浓度高于100 mg/L时,对小白菜产量、品质和矿质元素含量的促进效果不明显。综合来看,当竹叶黄酮的喷施浓度为50 mg/L时,对小白菜产量与品质的改善效果最佳。Soil culture was used to study the effects of spraying 25~200 mg/L bamboo leaves flavone on the yield,the quality and the mineral element contents of Chinese cabbage.The results showed that 50 mg/L bamboo leaves flavone had the best growth-promoting effect on Chinese cabbage,and could improve the quality significantly.There were increases in yield,plant height,maximum leaf area and SPAD value of Chinese cabbage by 33.3%,12.3%,41.4% and 5.1% respectively,and the contents of soluble sugar,protein,total N,total P and total K were also increased by 58.8%,22.8%,14.7%,17.9% and 21.5% respectively.In addition,the contents of vitamin C,total P and total K of Chinese cabbage were the highest in 25 mg/L of bamboo leaves flavone treatment,the rate of increase was 31.0%,19.2% and 22.8% respectively.However,100 mg/L or more of bamboo leaves flavone had no obvious promotion effects on the yield,the quality and the mineral element contents of Chinese cabbage.In summary,50 mg/L of bamboo leaves flavone had the best promoting effects on the yield and the quality of Chinese cabbage.
