摘 要:分离和鉴定具有抗菌活性的红树林土壤放线菌。基于形态特征、生理生化特性和16S rDNA序列分析,研究通过稀释分离法从广西北海红树林的高盐泥样中分离到1株细菌。系统进化分析表明,分离菌株与链霉菌属Aurantiogriseus AY999773具有99%的同源性,因此,BH0951初步被鉴定为链霉菌属Aurantiogriseus AY999773的变种。说明放线菌BH0951具有抗菌活性,本研究能为本菌株乃至广西北海红树林的微生物资源的开发和利用提供初步数据。Isolation and identification of Actinomycetes sp.of the activity of antibacteria from mangrove soil were proceeded.Based on the morphological characteristics,physiological,biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence homology analysis,an isolated bacterium from the samples of salt-high soil from Beihai mangrove forest was identifed.Phylogenetic analysis of the strain based on comparison of 16S rDNA sequence revealed that it was closely related to Streptomyces aurantiogriseus AY999773 with 99% identity.So,the isolated strain was identified as one variety of S.aurantiogriseus AY999773.It showed that Actinomyces sp.BH0951 was of antibacterial activity.And thus it would provide the original data for developting and exploitting the strain of BH0951 and the other actinomycetes resources of the mangrove forest soil of Guangxi Beihai.
