摘　　要：对一例病猪进行了流行病学调查和实验室检查,结合血清学和聚合酶链式反应(Polymerase chainreaction,PCR)方法进行病例检测,结果表明,该例病猪是由弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii Nicolle&Manceaux)感染引起。An epidemiological investigation and laboratory tests were carried out on one case of pig disease.Combined with serology and PCR（Polymerase chain reaction） detection,the results showed that the disease was caused by Swine Toxoplasmosis（Toxoplasma gondii Nicolle Manceaux）.
