摘  要:采用微波法提取甘草多糖,在单因素试验的基础上对微波功率、微波处理时间和料液比进行正交试验。结果显示,影响甘草多糖提取率的因素主次顺序为微波处理时间>微波功率>料液比,微波法提取甘草多糖的最佳工艺条件为微波功率500 W,微波处理时间4 min,料液比1∶30(W/V,g∶mL)。The microwave extraction technic of liquorice polysaccharides was studied.According to the single factor experiment,the optimal condition for extracting liquorice polysaccharide was extraction power at 400W for 4 minutes with a solid to liquid ratio of 1∶30(W/V,g∶mL),the content of the licorice polysaccharide under these conditions were 3.327%.Based on the single factor test,the orthogonal test was taken and showed that the order of the effects of the factors was extraction time microwave power solid to liquid ratio.
