摘 要:模拟生物质锅炉过热器区的气相条件,对奥氏体不锈钢TP316L进行腐蚀试验研究。通过试样的增重量,得出了腐蚀动力学曲线。利用配有能谱分析仪的扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪,对试样腐蚀后的形貌结构、元素含量和腐蚀产物的组成进行了分析。试验表明:(1)TP316L对气相HCl和反应温度比较敏感,随着反应温度的增加,TP316L的抗腐蚀性能明显降低,但总体上耐腐蚀性能良好;(2)气相中的SO2会对氯化腐蚀产生抑制作用。The corrosion test of austenitic stainless steel TP316L has been carried out by simulating the gaseous-phase condition in superheater area of a biomass-burning boiler,the corrosion dynamic curves being obtained through mass gain of the samples.By using the scanning electronic Microscope and X-ray diffraction instrument associated with energy dispersive spectrometer,the appearance and microstructue,the element contents,as well as composition of corrosion products on the samples after corrosion have been analysed.Results of test show that the corrosion properties of TP316L steel are very sensitive to the gaseous-phase of HCl and the reaction temperature,as the reaction temperature increases,the corrosion-resistant behavior of TP316L steel is remarkably reduced,although it has excellent corrosion-resistant behavior in general;the SO2 in gaseous-phase has inhibitory action to the corrosion of chlorination.
