摘  要:采用三乙烯四胺合钴溶液作吸收剂,在填料塔内对模拟烟气进行了湿法脱硝的络合氧化脱除试验,表明该法可以实现NO的络合氧化脱除。与Fe(Ⅱ)-EDTA溶液相比,三乙烯四胺合钴溶液脱除NO具有持续时间长、脱除效率高的优点;三乙烯四胺合钴溶液的浓度对NO的脱除影响显著,吸收液的浓度越高,NO的脱除率越高;气相中的氧有利于NO的脱除,气相中氧含量为5.7%时,NO的脱除率保持在80%以上。By using triethylenetetraminecolbat solution as absorbing agents,the complexation and oxidation removal test of wet denitrification from simulated flue gas in a packed column has been carried out,the test shows that the said method can be used to realize complexation and oxidation removal of NO.Compared with Fe(Ⅱ)-EDTA solution,the removal of NO by using triethyleneteraminecolbat solution boasts merits of long persisting time and higher removal efficiency;the concentration of triethylenetetramecobalt has remarkable effect upon the NO removal,the heigher concentration the absorbing agent solution has the better efficiency of NO removal can be reached,the oxygen in gas phase is favorable to NO removal,the removal efficiency of NO can reach over 80% in the presence of 5.7% oxygen in gas phase.
