摘 要:通过分析国内外防砂方式选择依据,结合室内大型出砂模拟试验,提出根据均质系数UC、泥质含量Vsh、黏土矿物的吸水膨胀性3个参数作为适度防砂技术防砂方式选择的理论依据,挡砂精度的设计主要参照地层砂粒度中值d50。进行了渤海湾地区典型油田储层特性分析和不同防砂方式下的产能评价,得出渤海湾地区适度防砂技术的防砂方式及参数选择标准,并建立了相应的防砂方式选择图版。该图版在渤海湾新开发的KL3-2油田的防砂方案设计中进行了应用,并进行了室内出砂模拟试验,结果表明其设计合理,具有现场应用价值。Analyzing the design basis of domestic and international sand control method,combining with large scale indoor stimulated experiment of sand production,the theoretical basis of sand control method selection was proposed for moderate sand control technique.It based on three main parameters,uniformity coefficients UC,shale content Vsh,and water swelling property of clay mineral,and the design of sand retention precision was mainly according to median grain diameter(D50) of formation sand.On the basis of analyzing the reservoir characteristics and evaluating the productivity under different sand control method for the typical oil fields in Bohai Bay,this paper presents the criteria of sand control method and parameter selection for moderate sand control technique application in Bohai Bay,and builds corresponding selection chart.This chart has been applied in the sand control design for KL3-2 oil field in Bohai Bay and has been proved reasonable after indoor test,which shows that this chart can be used in field.
