摘　　要：风挡玻璃刮水器是汽车中重要的安全部件之一,对其进行严格的耐久试验是非常重要的。文章介绍了汽车刮水器耐久试验的试验设备、试验标准和试验步骤。对比了国际和国内的相关试验标准,阐述了堵转试验、连续湿刮耐久试验和压缩角度试验的试验步骤,分析了耐久试验结果和试验评判标准,表明汽车刮水器通过这3种试验的考验,基本可以满足耐久试验的要求,为汽车刮水器的设计和相关试验提供了参考。It is of great importance to conduct strict durability test on windshield wiper system because it is one of the most important safety parts.This paper introduces the durability test equipment of windshield wiper,test standard and test steps.Then,this paper makes the comparisons of the related test standard both at home and abroad,indicating the test steps of locking test,continuous wet operation test and narrowing the wipe angle test.This paper analyzes the test results and test evaluation standard.At last,this paper indicates that the above-mentioned three tests on windshield wiper can meet the durability requirements basically and provides reference to the related tests.
