摘  要:目的探讨NO对肾小管细胞增殖的抑制效应。方法应用体外培养的人集合管(H5)和负鼠近端小管(OK)细胞株,以L-精氨酸、硝普钠、内毒素、β-干扰素、肿瘤坏死因子-α、NG-单甲基-L-精氨酸刺激或抑制NO合成,观察两种细胞3H-胸腺嘧啶摄入量的变化。结果NO引起HS和OK细胞3H-胸腺嘧啶摄入量浓度依赖性减少。结论NO可抑制这两种肾小管细胞增殖。Objective To study the inhibitory effect of nitric oxide (NO) on theproliferation of renal tubular cells. Methods Both cultured human collecting duct cells(H5) and opossum kidney cells (OK) were incubated with 1 - arginine, sodium nitroprusside,lipopolysaccharide, interferon -γ, tumor necrosis factor -α and NG - monomethyl -1- arginine, 3H-thymidine radiation (TdR) incorporation in two kinds of cells were measured.Results NO evoked a dose - dependent reduction of 3H - TdR incorporation in HS and OKcells. Conclusion NO seemed to have inhibiting effect on the mitogenesis of renal tubularcells.
