双功能超声检查在勃起功能障碍诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨勃起功能障碍（ＥＤ）患者阴茎海绵体动脉功能和静脉关闭机制。方法１５０例勃起功能障碍患者采用双功能超声检查。结果１．非血管性ＥＤ１０３例（６８．６％）；２．动脉性ＥＤ5例（３．３％）；３．静脉性ＥＤ４２例（２８％）；４．本组发现Ｐｅｙｒｏｎｉｅ’ｓ病１例。结论鉴于血管性因素是器质性ＥＤ最主要的病因，ＥＤ患者常规行双功能超声检查有一定的必要性。Objective To evaluate the function of cavernous arteries and venousocclusive mechanism and to detect the changes of the cavernous structure. Methods Onehundred and fifty patients with erectile dysfunction were examined by duplex ultrasonography. Results One hundred and three patients (68.6%) were nonvasculogenic ED, fivepatients (3.3%) arteriogenic ED, forty - two patients (28%) venogenic ED and one patientswas with Peyronie's disease in all patients. Conclusion Duplex ultrasonography has beenproved to be useful in the evaluation of patients with erectile dysfunction. We believe it isnecessary to routinely examine patients with ED by duplex ultrasonography.
