静脉推注胺碘酮与西地兰控制快速心房颤动心室率的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨静脉推注胺碘酮与西地兰在控制快速心房颤动心室率上的临床疗效对比。方法：将2008年1月到2010年6月来我院救治的90例阵发性房颤患者随机分为A组和B组，分别行胺碘酮和西地兰治疗，观察二组房颤转复、心室率以及不良反应情况。结果：A组的房颤转复成功率（75．5％）显著高于B组的（48．9％）。转复成功时间上，A组（6．4±1．2h）明显短于B组的（9．5±3．2h），相关差异具有统计意义。转复成功后，两组在心室率下降、QT间期及不良反应率方面无显著差异且均达理想效果。结论：静脉推注胺碘酮在控制快速房颤心室率的临床疗效上显著优于西地兰，是一种值得推广的治疗方法。Objective： venous push note amiodarone and west the ground orchid in controlling rapid atrial fibrillation ventricular rate on the clinical curative effect of contrast. Methods： the 2008 January to June 2010 to our treatment of the 90 patients with paroxysmal afpatients were randomly divided into A group and group B, respectively line with amiodarone and west the ground orchid treatment, observation group 2 af converting, ventricular rate and adverse reaction conditions. Results： A group of af converting success rate （75.5% nylon significantly higher than the group B （48.9%）. Converting successful time, group A （plus or minus 1.2 h 6.4） was much shorter than the group B （9.5 ＋ 3.2 h）, relevant differences statistical significance. After the success of converting, two groups in ventricular rate drop, QT interphase and adverse reaction rate no significant differences and reached the ideal effect. Conclusion： intravenous push note amiodarone in controlling rapid atrial fibrillation ventricular rate on the clinical curative effect is significantly better than the west the ground orchid, is a kind of popularization worth of treatment.
