摘　　要：宗教是决定民族特征和文化的一个主要因素,宗教冲突实际上是文化冲突。宗教问题虽然主要由超世的信仰为核心的宗教差异引发,但其实质是具有宗教因素的各种社会关系在不同经济利益、政治权利和文化权益上的深刻反映。在何种视阈下解读宗教问题,关乎从国际和国家两个层面有效调控和处理宗教热点问题的政策的价值取向,从而关系到人类社会自身的安危。在宗教伦理领域和国际政治领域,人们必须关切相互关联和负有全球责任的宗教对话观,批判和揭露一切形式的宗教民族主义,以期形成化解宗教纷争和推动国际社会发展与进步的合力。Religion is a main factor deciding national characteristics and culture. Religious conflict is actually cultural conflict. Though religious problem is induced by religious difference which centers on trans - worldly belief, the essential is a reflection in depth on the aspects of different economic profit, political right and cultural right and interest of different social relations which have different religious factors. Whenever unscrambling religious problems from any visional threshold, it involves in the value choice when regulating and treating religious hotspot problem, and therefore relates to social safety of the mankind ourselves. In the fields of religious ethic and international politics, people should be deeply concerned with the religious outlook on dialogs which are mutually associated and globally responsible, animadvert on and disclose religious nationalism of any form, so as to form a resultant force to resolve religious dispute and to push development and advance of society and the world.
