摘　　要：苏联民族问题及其理论和政策对我国的借鉴意义、启迪意义是不言而喻的。《苏联民族问题理论与政策研究》一书,从唯物辩证法的科学视角看苏联的民族问题,从正反两分法的视角总结了苏联的民族理论与政策,从政治、经济、文化、和谐社会四个方面提出了对我国的警示。The national issues of the USSR and the theory and ment significance to our country. The Theory and Policy Research policy of it are of reference and enlighten on the National Issues of the USSR views the national issue of the USSR from the scientific angle of view of materialistic dialectics, concludes the national theory and policy of the USSR from the frontal and reverse angles of view, and proposes the caution to our country from four angles of view - politics, economics, culture, and harmony.
