晚清西方传教士在闽都的出版活动

摘　　要：闽都福州有着2200多年的悠久历史。鸦片战争后,西方传教士大规模涌入并开展了出版活动。传教士在福州开展的出版活动,具有非赢利性,前后期差异,世俗性等特点,它促成了中文印刷技术向近代化转型,同时也为福州培养了大批近代出版人才,从而促进了福州出版业的近代化。传教士在福州出版的大量西学图书和近代报刊,促进了"西学东渐";传教士也通过著述对晚清福州的政治、宗教、民俗等方面进行了全方位的审视和考察,开拓了闽都文化"西渐"的广度和深度。Min capital,i.e.Fuzhou today,has a long history of 2,200 years.After the Opium War,Western missionaries flowed in and carried out publishing activities massively.The characteristic of missionary publishing activities in Fuzhou is non-beneficial nature,secularity,and so on.These activities contributed to the modernization transformation of Chinese printing technology,and also contributed to train a large number of Fuzhou people in modern publishing,thus contributing to the modernization of publishing industry in Fuzhou.Missionaries published a large number of books and Western press,then they promoted the spreading of western culture to China.The comprehensive review and study by them on religious,folk and other aspects of the Min capital during the late Qing Dynasty promoted the spread of culture of Min capital to the West widely and deeply.
