农村全面小康社会建设进程评价与分析——以福州市为例

摘　　要：结合国家统计局的评价指标体系和福州市的具体情况,对2005年至2009年福州市农村全面建设小康社会进程进行测算。结果显示,2005-2009年的总体小康社会进程实现程度分别为61.76%、69.03%、78.44%、80.85%和82.44%,年均发展速度为107.5%;同时对福州市经济发展、社会发展、人口素质、生活质量、民主法治、资源环境、总体进程这7个指标大类的农村全面小康社会进程进行了评价。Combining the state bureau of evaluation index system and the specific situation in Fuzhou,the article calculated the progress of rural comprehensive construction well-off society in Fuzhou from 2005 to 2008,The results showed that the measurement process,of overall well-off society process realized degree from 2005 to 2009 respectively is 69.03%,78.44%,61.76%,80.85%and 82.44%,and the average speed of development is 107.5%.It also evalyated the process of rural all-around build well-off societal by the 7 indexes categories of economic development,social progress,population quality,quality of life,democracy and the rule of law,resources and environment and the overall process.
