摘  要:采用柠檬酸络合法制备了LaCo1-xFexO3纳米光催化剂,用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis等技术对样品的形貌及光吸收特性进行了表征,以高压汞灯为实验光源、以甲基橙的脱色率为指标考察了样品的光催化活性。结果表明,Fe3+的掺杂增强了LaCoO3的光吸收特性,对LaCoO3的光催化活性有较大促进作用,且掺杂量x=0.03时效果最好,对甲基橙的降解率可达75.16%,而未掺杂时只有43.25%。A series of nano-photocatalyst LaCo1-xFexO3 were prepared by citrate complexing method and characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-Vis absorbance.Using high-pressure mercury lamp as the light source,photocatalytic activities of the catalysts were evaluated with decolorizing rate of methyl orange as index.The experimental results showed that Fe3+ doping enhanced the light absorption ability of LaCoO3 and it notably improved the photocatalytic activity of LaCoO3.When the Fe3+ doping amount was 3%,the degradation rate of methyl orange could be up to 75.16%,which was much higher than that of 43.25% for LaCoO3.
