摘　　要：目的观察利巴韦林喷雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效。方法对134例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组64例,对照组70例。对照组应用炎宁颗粒治疗,治疗组应用利巴韦林喷雾剂治疗。结果利巴韦林喷雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论利巴韦林喷雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎起效迅速,应用方便,不良反应小,依从性好,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of ribavirin aerosol on herpetic angina of children.Methods One hundred and thirty-four children with herpetic angina were randomly divided into two groups,64 children as observation group,and another 70 children as control group.Patients in treatment group received ribavirin aerosol while those in control group administered oral yanning granule for 5 days,respectively.Results Effective rate in observation group was more than that in control group with statistical significance.Conclusion Ribavirin aerosol has a rapid and significant effect on herpetic angina of children with fewer side effects and can thus be used as the first choose for herpetic angina of children.
