某院西药普通处方点评统计及分析

摘　　要：目的了解评价四川省建筑医院西药普通处方质量情况。方法抽取2010年处方5372张,按照《处方管理办法》、药品说明书等对处方点评并统计分析。结果四川省建筑医院年平均处方合格率为96.32%,不合格处方195张,占总处方量的3.63%。结论加强对处方管理办法的学习,尤其是加强对处方7日用药量、使用药品通用名、药品剂量用法用量的规范书写,进一步提高四川省建筑医院的处方合格率。Objective To investigate the prescription of 2010 to analysis in Sichuan Architecture Hospital.Methods 5372 prescriptions were randomly sampled in Sichuan Architecture Hospital,accorded to the Measures for the control of Prescription,the pharmaceutical specification,clinical pharmacology expertise,to an analysis of prescription.Results The qualified rate of the outpatient prescriptions in this group was 96.32%.The number of unqualified prescriptions was 195,was 3.63% of the total prescriptions examined.Conclusion Strengthen to study the Measures for the control of Prescription,most especially strengthen the writtenning for the alloted days for the using medications,the using of medication common name,the drug＇s dose usage,to promote and improve the level of rational in Sichuan Architecture Hospital.
