腹腔镜胆囊切除87例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的并发症的预防。方法回顾性分析师宗县人民医院2008至2010年完成的87例腹腔镜胆囊切除术病例。结果 87例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中80例手术均获得成功,手术并发症7例,其中胆管损伤1例,中转开腹胆囊切除术2例,胆漏1例,腹腔内出血1例,术后置管引流1例,残株胆囊及胆囊管结石1例,均治愈出院,本组无LC技术性并发症导致死亡病例。结论严格掌握LC适应证,娴熟的LC操作,及时发现并发症,适时的中转开腹手术,可预防或减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the prevention of complications after laparoscopic cholcystectomy（LC）.Methods Analyzing 87 cases of excision of peritoneo scope and gallbladder,which were operated in Shizong People＇s Hospital from 2008 to 2010.Results LC was successfully accomplished in 80,there is one case that the bile duct has been damaged,two patients turned to open cholecystectomy.One cases being carried out intraperitoneal.There is one case of intra-abdominal hemorrhage,one case of gallbladder leakage and bile duct with remnant of calculus,the group had no technical complications leading to death.Conclusions LC is a safe technique when accurate appraisal of preoperation and the routine procedure LC are performed.When detects complications quickly to open surgery appropriately can prevent and decrease the complications.
