摘　　要：南京国民政府的离婚法律制度对中国传统的离婚制度进行了较为深刻的变革,既体现出西方法文化对近代中国社会的影响,也反映了转型时期社会的变化。虽然其超前的法律相比中国当时的社会现实存在实施上脱节的情况,但其所表现的某些进步的价值观念,对于转型期中国的社会价值体系建构和人们思想意识的重塑,仍具有积极的引导意义。。Nanjing Kuomintang Government carried out the profound transformation to the legal system of divorce which reached a higher level of form.The transformation not only reflected the influence of Western cultures on modern Chinese society,but also reflected the social changes of the transition period.Although the law which was not established with proper regard to the social reality of China then represented some advanced values and reconstructed the value system and people＇s ideologies.So the significance of the legal system in guidance was still noticeable.
